Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 11, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Blush 29 Studio ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit blush29studio.com (the "Site") or interact with us through the Site, email, or our social and community channels.
Information we collect
We collect information in a few ways:
- Information you give us directly — your name and email address when you sign up for a free resource, join a waitlist, or subscribe to our newsletter; anything you send us by email or through a form; and, if you purchase a 1:1 service, the information you share in your intake form and during our work together.
- Automatically collected information — standard technical data like IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited, gathered via our hosting provider. We do not currently use any analytics tools.
- Third-party platform data — if you interact with us on our community, social, or newsletter platforms, those platforms collect information under their own privacy policies.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Deliver the resources you request and send related emails
- Provide and deliver paid services you purchase
- Send newsletter issues, if you've subscribed
- Respond to questions you send us directly
- Understand how people use the Site so we can improve it
- Meet legal and security obligations
We do not sell your personal information.
Email and newsletter
Email signup and newsletter delivery are handled through a third-party email service provider. When you submit your email through a form on this Site, it's sent directly to that provider and handled under their own privacy policy. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email you receive.
Payments
If you purchase a service from us, payment is processed by our payment processor, Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are handled under Stripe's privacy policy — we never see or store your full card number. We receive and keep the information needed to deliver what you bought and to meet our tax and accounting obligations: your name, email address, and the details of your purchase.
Working with us 1:1
Our 1:1 services involve a little more information than the rest of the Site, and we treat it with care:
- Intake form — your responses (including links to your public social profiles and what you tell us about your goals and business) are collected through a third-party form service under its own privacy policy, and are used only to prepare for and deliver your service. We don't share them with anyone else.
- Scheduling — session booking is handled by a third-party scheduling service, which collects your name, email, and time zone under its own privacy policy.
- Session recordings — live sessions are held over video call and recorded so you can rewatch them. The recording is shared with you and kept privately by us as part of your client record; it is never published or shared with anyone else without your permission.
Cookies and similar technologies
The Site uses a limited set of cookies for basic functionality, and third-party embeds (like newsletter or waitlist forms) may set their own cookies under their respective policies. We don't use analytics or advertising cookies. Because we have visitors covered by the GDPR, we show a cookie notice on your first visit — you can also control cookies at any time through your browser settings.
Third-party services
The Site links out to and embeds content from third-party services for email, community, and social content. Each of these services has its own privacy practices, which we don't control — we encourage you to review their policies directly.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the services described above, or as required by law. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see "Your rights" below).
Your rights
If you're located in the EU or UK, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) gives you the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain uses of it. To make a request, email us at hello@blush29studio.com.
Children's privacy
The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
