These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of blush29studio.com (the "Site"), operated by Blush 29 Studio ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

The content and resources we offer

The Site provides content, tools, and free resources related to content creation and strategy. Everything on the Site is for general informational and educational purposes — it isn't a guarantee of any particular outcome, and it isn't personalized professional advice unless you've engaged us directly for a paid service.

Purchases, refunds, and rescheduling

Some of our services are paid, including 1:1 sessions. Payment is due at booking and is processed by our payment processor. For paid 1:1 services:

• Before the work begins — if we haven't yet started preparing for your session (including any pre-session review of your content), you can request a full refund, no questions asked. Email hello@blush29studio.com.
• Rescheduling — you can reschedule your session once, free, with at least 48 hours' notice. With less than 48 hours' notice, or if you miss the session without notice, we'll work with you to rebook, but the purchase is no longer refundable — by then the preparation work has been done.
• After your session — once your session has taken place, the service has been substantially delivered and the purchase is not refundable. Any remaining deliverables and follow-up included with your purchase will still be completed as promised.
• If something went wrong — if you believe something genuinely went wrong with your experience, email us and we'll make it right. We'd rather fix it than argue about it.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, the Blush 29 Studio name and wordmark, downloadable resources, and the design of the Site itself — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may use free resources for your own personal or business use, but you may not resell, redistribute, or republish them without our permission.

Third-party links and platforms

The Site links to and integrates with third-party platforms for email, community, and social content. We don't control those platforms and aren't responsible for their content, availability, or terms. Your use of them is governed by their own terms of service.

Acceptable use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Use it for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to interfere with the Site's security or normal operation
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce the Site's content at scale without permission
• Impersonate us or misrepresent your affiliation with us

Disclaimer

The Site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, and we don't guarantee any specific results from using our free resources, newsletter, community, or paid services.

Limitation of liability

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
